• Our flooring system begins with a high-build, moisture-mitigating, 100%-solids epoxy base layer. We allow a full day for curing so it deeply penetrates and bonds with the concrete slab. It provides maximum adhesion to the concrete and acts as a thick moisture vapor barrier, mitigating future moisture-related issues like hydrostatic pressure.
• While still “wet”, we broadcast the customer’s chosen flake blend into this epoxy base layer in a full flake spread (completely covering the primer coat so no epoxy is visible).
• We return on day 2 to apply, not one, but two separate 100%-solids polyaspartic topcoats. Unlike low quality polyaspartics (1:1 ratio, <100%-solids), our 100%-solids polyaspartic provides high density cross-linking. These dual top layers create a heat-resistant, stain-resistant, and durable finish that won’t soften under hot tires.
• Unlike 1-day systems, we use a 2-day installation process; it’s a slower install, but it properly mitigates for both moisture and staining.
