We Offer Our Flake Systems in Variety
One of our many quality coatings is the flake systems. PVA, or polyvinyl acetate, is a type of thermoplastic “flake” that can be incorporated into coating systems to provide color, contrast, and texture. We offer our flake systems in a variety of colors and styles including our Deluxe, Premium, and Ultra coating systems.
Moisture-mitigating Epoxy
Installation involves the application of our moisture-mitigating epoxy primer coat. It deeply penetrates concrete (unlike a polyurea direct-to-concrete), ensuring protection against moisture infiltration and high hydrostatic pressures. This lessens the probability of peeling over time. Our guarantee reflects this.
Broadcast in Varying Densities
Depending upon the selected system, PVA flakes are broadcast in varying densities of “medium” (Deluxe), “extra-heavy” (Premium) through “full flake” (Ultra, Earth Effects, Bagari SE and Vintage Mica) spread into the color coat.
High Gloss Finish
One or more clear coats (a 100%-solids polyaspartic for garages and high-traffic spaces) are subsequently applied to produce the high gloss finish. The result is uniquely textured and visually stunning flooring.

Installation of Multi-layered System
Installation of this multi-layered system involves the application of a moisture-mitigating epoxy primer coat followed by the broadcasting of your selected mica flake blend. Two clear polyaspartic top coats follow, providing sheen and unprecedented strength. The result is uniquely textured flooring with a very subtle to prominent luster.
